What we know about mail bomb suspect Cesar Sayoc

56-year-old Cesar Sayoc has a history of arrests, including making a bomb threat against Florida’s power company in 2002. He recorded videos of himself cheering on President Trump, while posting messages online against figures like George Soros and Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
