President Donald Trump's former personal lawyer has arrived on Capitol Hill to testify before an open congressional hearing.

Michael Cohen will call Trump a "con man," allege the president knew in advance that WikiLeaks would release emails that would damage Hillary Clinton's campaign, and present a reimbursement check signed by Trump for hush money payments Cohen made to porn star Stormy Daniels, according to a draft of his opening statement obtained by NBC News.
